Salt River Tubing & Recreation is already a circus on dirty, polluted water. Now imagine the riv packed with a bunch of freaks dressed as if it’s October 31.
Uhhhhh or yay!, depending on your perspective.
Along with free tubing passes for best costumes, Haunted Halloween on the Salt will also feature shuttle service from Betty’s Haunted Bus, ghoulish music by 98 KUPD-FM, and other prize giveaways. The theme for this year’s shindig is “party like a devil,” which may not be the most appropriate thing to place into this crowd’s conscious minds.
