Art Intersection’s latest exhibition, “All Art Arizona,” has no overarching theme, no unified object, and no uniform skill-set. Instead, curators of the Gilbert gallery and workspace called for works of art by local artists in all media, and, from 300 submissions, chose 76 pieces they believed captured the range in formal education, subject matter, and personality of artists across the state.

Included in the show are photographs, paintings, ceramics, fiber pieces, sculptures, and artist books by Ingrid Wells, Elyse Deringer, Joshua Caldwell, Lynn Thomson, Jesse Castellano, Christine Sandifurm, and Stephen Strom, to name a few.

Sat., June 2, 7-9 p.m.; Tuesdays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Starts: June 2. Continues through July 28, 2012
