It’s finally chilly enough to get a good fire going and to spin some yarns with some good friends. The spooky kids of the Theater 13 film collective want to bring the fun indoors by screening episodes of the classic Nickelodeon series Are You Afraid of The Dark? on Friday, December 19. The Canada-based show focused on a group of kids who’d gather regularly to tell ghost stories and other tales of creepiness, and passed on the mysterious vibes to viewers.
Theater 13 presents The Midnight Society, an evening around the campfire with Are You Afraid of The Dark? at FilmBar, 815 North Second Avenue in Phoenix, at 11:30 p.m. Tickets are $10. To purchase tickets in advance or for more information, visit www.thefilmbarphx.com.
