For those who would classify themselves in the “need amazing brunch, will travel” set, saddle up those mimosa glasses and head for Carefree. Cafe Bink, the accessible and affordable sister restaurant to Binkley’s, from chef-owner and 2012 James Beard Foundation Award finalist Kevin Binkley, has announced it will start serving a weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday starting this weekend, June 16 and 17.
True to Binkley’s form, everything will be prepared in-house — even the English muffins will be made fresh for Cafe Bink’s eggs Benedict. Other menu selections include French toast with blueberry maple syrup, croque madame, and biscuits and gravy.
Read on for a sneak peek at Cafe Bink’s weekend brunch menu.
