By now your food truck schedule should be getting pretty full, but make room for one more weekly locale to hit up. CO+HOOTS has announced they’ll be hosting a pair of food trucks every week in conjunction with their weekly midweek business advisement sessions.
One of the newest Valley trucks has found a weekly home already — and he’s partnering up with a hometown favorite.

The newly dubbed Washington Wednesday event will go down at CO+HOOTS, 1027 East Washington Street, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. as Hao Bao and Luncha Libre serve up mobile eats.

In addition to noshing on Chinese soul food or Arizona-inspired fare, diners can swing by the weekly Midweek Mindtweek. Next week’s event will feature freelance book & blog Ghostwriter, Joey Robert Parks teaching “How to Write an Effective ‘About Us’ Page.”
According to a press release, CO+HOOTS hopes to add more trucks to the line-up in the future.
