The fourth restaurant from James Beard Award-nominated chef Kevin Binkley is now open at the Shops at Hilton Village in Scottsdale.
Bink’s Scottsdale is a upscale casual restaurant that most closely resembles Bink’s Midtown, the restaurant Binkley opened in Central Phoenix earlier this year. Chef Justin Olsen, chef de cuisine at Bink’s Midtown, is overseeing the kitchen at the new restaurant as well.
For now Bink’s Scottsdale is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner only. Brunch, lunch and happy hour will be added to their repertoire soon.

The menu will closely resemble that of BInk’s Midtown — at least for now. Olsen says as time goes on the Scottdale menu will offer original dishes. The concept will remain consistent though, so you can still expect a vegetable-centric selection of dishes with a focus on seasonal and locally-grown ingredients.
Bink’s Scottsdale also has a full bar, wine list and a reserve wine list. The 2,400 square foot restaurant occupies the space of the former Calistro Bistro and features a renovated patio.
Binkley’s other two restaurants are Binkley’s Restaurantand Cafe Bink, both located in Carefree.
