Whoa, hold the phone, Bubbles. Did someone say food trucks and beer?
It’s true. Sleepy Dog Saloon & Brewery in Tempe has partnered with members of the Phoenix Food Truck Coalition and on select evenings will serve up original brews like Puppy Pale (pale ale), Irish Setter (Irish red), and Hound (hefeweizen) alongside fare from a food truck favorite.
The first food truck and brew night will be tomorrow from 6 to 10 p.m., Thursday, June 2, at the Sleepy Dog Saloon and Brewery and will feature the food of Sunshine & Spice (One Chinese barbecue pork burrito and a cold one, please). The second and third partnerships will be at the same time and location on Friday and Saturday, June 3 and 4, with gourmet hot dogs from AZ Bulldog Bites on Friday and Filipino street food force, Hey Joe! on Saturday.
