We’ve followed Phoenix photographer and trained chef Heather Gill on Twitter for years and recently her Farmers Market Series of photographers caught our eye on her Etsy shop.

The photographs feature produce grown by local farmers including Blue Sky Farms — and don’t worry, the veggies were all cooked and eaten after being photographed. The series includes shots of vibrant orange and purple cauliflower, French breakfast radishes, and a trio of spring artichokes.
In addition to being available as individual prints, you can also find the 2014 Farmers Market Calendar ($25) at the online store. The 5×7 calendar “celebrates the bounty of the season” and is professionally printed on 80 lbs card stock. The photos, approximately 4×4, can also be framed at the end of each month.
