Owned by The Barter Group, a local company that facilitates trade between small businesses in Phoenix, the Edible Exchange market will stock Udder Delights’ award-winning ice cream as well as its sorbet, frozen yogurt, butter, milk, farmer’s cheese, cheesecakes, and pastries.

Ice cream flavors ($7.50/pint) include the signature Superstition Farm (made with chocolate, cocoa, hazelnuts, and Nutella), salted caramel, and mint chocolate chip as well as more unique tastes like black licorice and sour apple. Shoppers can also score a variety of Udder Delights’ butters like sea salt and vanilla, cheeses such as salsa verde and herbs de Provence, and special order artisan pastries, cinnamon rolls, and cakes.

The Edible Exchange market is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cash and barter dollars are accepted.

More local food artisans will debut at the Edible Exchange market in the coming months. Watch the group’s Facebook page for details.
