Chimichurri sauce is a variation of green sauce that originates from Argentina. It’s served at Orange Table over grilled steak and eggs with two eggs, potatoes and toast, although some customers also like it over their hand-pulled corned beef hash.

Ingredients:

4 bunches of cilantro
1 bunch of Italian flat leaf parsley
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup lime juice
1 cup olive oil
12 jalapeños (half seeded)
1 tablespoons of thyme
2 tablespoons of oregano
4 cloves of garlic

Method:

Combine and mix all ingredients in a blender.
Fold in scallions.
