The Madison at The Yard Tempe — a cafe and spin and yoga studio — has been open to the public for weeks but now, the marquee tenant of Sam Fox’s most ambitious project to date has also opened its doors. Culinary Dropout at The Yard at Farmer Arts District opened to the public on Tuesday, December 9 bringing a new venue for food, drinks, and games to the growing Tempe scene.

Located at 149 West Farmer Avenue, The Yard at Farmer Arts District is the largest Sam Fox project so far at an impressive 14,000 square feet. The project includes the Culinary Dropout restaurant, a large patio, two private dining spaces, and additional tenant space.

As at The Yard in Phoenix, the large outdoor patio features corn hole boards, ping-pong tables, and fire pits; inside the restaurant you’ll find a stage for live music performances.
