Like Chelsea’s Kitchen a couple blocks away, Fenix Eatery & Bar on Camelback Road recently received back-to-back “no award” ratings.
According to the inspection report, the stored fish wasn’t cold enough, the bar soda nozzle had slime and utensils were soiled with “dried food residue”. The floor was dirty and so were the shelves of the walk-in cooler. And so on.
The oddest complaint from the inspector:
