Yesterday, Steve Losey from El Chorro Lodge talked about the light, crisp taste of their signature drink, the El Chorro Sunrise. Sipping it while relaxing at El Chorro’s indoor/outdoor bar will make you think you’re sitting under a palm tree in the middle of the Caribbean — it’s that refreshing.

It’s great for drinking on a warm day, which isn’t a rare occurrence in Arizona. Plus the fruit in the drink will balance out all of El Chorro’s famous sticky buns you ate!
The recipe:1.5 ounces of Ciroc vodka6 grapes3 lime wedgesSplash of white cranberry juiceDash of simple syrupSplash of champagne

How to make it:Muddle fruit in the bottom of the glass, add vodka, a dash of simple syrup, a splash of white cranberry juice, and top it off with a splash of champagne.
