Getting a job after you’ve left prison may not be the easiest thing in the world. So some restaurants around the country are focusing on hiring ex-cons to serve food.

Gadling.com reports that one eatery in Chicago, hilariously called Felony Franks, serves up hot dogs, steak sandwiches and more, brought to you by former criminals.

The story also mentions Delancey Street in San Francisco, which also hires the homeless and drug addicts, as well as Mates Inn in New Jersey.

We don’t know of any restaurants in the Valley that exclusively hire those who who are out of jail or are homeless, but we wouldn’t mind being part of the rehabilitation process and supporting this type of joint. What do you think?
