One week from today, on April 21, Cafe Zuzu at the Hotel Valley Ho hosts the latest in its Chef’s Table series: The Beers of Four Peaks.

I’m more than happy to hit up Four Peaks for good bar grub, but this evening’s menu sounds like a completely different kind of accompaniment for the local brewery’s creations. Check it out… Duck Ravioli grilled eggplant + roasted red pepper puree
