Burgers as a passive form of birth control? It’s true.

The Sun reports fertility doctors from Harvard University and the University of Murcia, Spain, have discovered that healthy young men between the ages of 18 and 22 who ate a high proportion of junk food had poorer quality sperm than those on a nutritious daily diet — especially if they consumed a high amount of trans fats, typically found in fried foods.

Regardless of exercise and a healthy weight, the “swimmers” of potential baby daddies who enjoy a steady diet of burgers and fries were still found to be less likely to survive the journey to egg fertilization.
