On Tuesday, February 7, Hebert will host a Japanese sake dinner at Posh. The seven-course modern Japanese meal will include dishes like sweet potato chawanmushi with enoki mushrooms, marinated mackerel sashimi, and adzuki bean mochi. Each course will be paired with a different sake variety.

The cost is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Price includes sake pairing. Seating times are available from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are required. To make them, call 480-663-7674 or go here.
