We’re throwing a party.
Our annual Big Brain Awards celebrate emerging creatives in a variety of media throughout the Valley (and give them cash prizes to put toward their passions).
And while we’re still taking nominations for this year’s winners — you have until March 5 to submit — and gearing up to profile the finalists in April, we’re also brainstorming/daydreaming for Artopia, an event full of music, food, and art, where we’ll announce the 2012 Big Brain winners.
Mark your calendars and nominate a few creatives (sure, even yourself), because on April 7, from 7 to 11 p.m., we’ll be honoring five winners in the categories of design, fashion, visual art, culinary, and performing art at The Saguaro in Scottsdale.
Tickets will be available soon (for $10), as will the drool-worthy lineup of finalists and participating artists and vendors.
