Rejection letters, tax returns, and receipts clutter messy corners of desks and wallets; in Nava Lubelski‘s studio, the paper waste is tightly rolled, cut, and bunched into organic paper sculptures.
The North Carolina-based artist writes that her creative reuse of the paper is a response to the “impulse to hoard and keep what is no longer needed.” Now, if she could give us an idea or two for what to do with all of these gum wrappers.
