Early-bird tickets to Phoenix Fashion Week 2013, which will feature designers from around the world and be held at Talking Stick Resort October 3 through 5, are available for purchase through Wednesday, July 31. Single-day tickets range in price from $30 for general passes to $80 for premium seating.
