Presented by the Asian Classics Institute of Phoenix, The Urban Meditate Project at the IceHouse in Phoenix is a free reflection-based exercise open to all levels of practitioners and led by experienced mediation teachers John Elliott Oyzon, Rebecca Vinacour, and Salvador Lee Bravo.

After the class, there will be a discussion on meditation with light refreshments provided. The Urban Meditation Project starts at 7 p.m. and runs until 8:30 p.m. Although this event is free, donations are appreciated. Attendees are advised to bring their own mat or cushion.
