MTVu has Miniature Tigers‘ video for Cannibal Queen” up on their web site for a contest called “The Freshman.” Vote for it here. They could use a little love, facing an unimpressed MTVu commentator:
“I started off enjoying this video and thought, “well it’s getting the strongest reaction out of me this week,” but about half-way through (I think sometime around the flash of fire) it just got way to overdone and sort of redundant. There is saying “too much of a good thing” and what we have here are too many little quirky nuances smushed together all in one video. Plus the song is sort of blasé. It’s not bad but it’s not that hot either.”
