What: Tiffe Fermaint released her up-cycled collection Reincarnation on Sunday, and we’ll readily admit we were outside waiting for Buffalo’s doors to open at 11 a.m. Why? Mostly because we had to get our hands on this sliced-up T-shirt with studded straps, a high-low cropped hemline, three of our favorite superheros, and a hint of sparkle.
