It’s not every weekend that we insist on hitting club events. Sure, this past weekend’s Club Candids still featured a night of booze, great music, and hot people but, this time, we classed it up at an art opening at the Ice House.
The Icehouse hosted a two-day-only exhibition with artists Sean Deckert and Taylor Swick whose collaborative show explored themes of urban decay and – you guessed it – resurrection.
We hit the place late Saturday night and in spite of the rainy evening, a fair amount of guests were still hanging around to sip wine and schmooze with downtown creative types as our beloved DJ Hartbreaks provided the soundtrack (see for yourself at the slideshow).
