Rapper DMX, fresh off completing a four-month jail sentence in Maricopa County, is headed back to the clink.
“X’s” latest stop on his tour of southwestern slammers: Los Angeles.
The legally challenged rapper has 90 days to turn himself in to authorities to begin serving time for a probation violation stemming from a 2002 reckless-driving conviction.
It’s unclear exactly how much time he’ll have to serve but his publicist tells TMZ that X is “focused” on clearing up all his past legal troubles so he can move on with his life.

DMX’s time in Maricopa County Jail seems to have sent him down a less-self-destructive path than that for which he was previously notorious.
While locked up, DMX was offered a spot on the VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab, but he didn’t participate after a judge told him he was doing so well in his jailhouse rehab program that he didn’t want to see it disrupted.
At the time, news of X’s success in the hoosegow was shocking given his past experiences in Maricopa County.
DMX was put on probation after a 2007 incident where sheriff’s deputies raided his home and found 12 malnourished dogs, three dead dogs, drugs, and weapons.
While in jail, DMX, a.k.a. Earl Simmons, was convicted of attempted aggravated assault for throwing a food tray at a corrections officer.
Simmons was sent back to the slammer in March after violating his probation by failing a drug test.
He was released earlier this month.
Even though he’s heading back to the slammer, there’s some good news for “X”: after four months in Joe Arpaio’s self-described “toughest jail in America,” doin’ time in Los Angeles should be a breeze — at least that’s what Arpaio would tell you.
