A political committee that’s apparently going to try to recall Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio filed its registration paperwork with the county elections department yesterday.
Now, all the recall effort needs is more than 300,000 signatures to trigger a recall election, and enough votes for a candidate to defeat Arpaio in that hypothetical election.
