A man went into a Scottsdale Circle K this afternoon and brought his Nissan Frontier pickup truck with him — literally.
Scottsdale police say the man’s foot slipped off the brake and fell on the gas while he was sitting in front of the store near 82nd Street and McDowell Road.
It apparently stayed on the gas for a while because the truck went crashing through the front of the store and ended up almost completely inside.

Police say both the driver and a clerk inside the store suffered minor injuries, and the incident was not being investigated as a criminal matter. As well it shouldn’t; you can’t prosecute stupid.
