East Valley residents and fans of Breaking Bad probably already know the name Venezia’s. The Tempe-based pizza chain already has four stores in east Phoenix and has received some national attention for its appearances on the what’s arguably the greatest show of all time.
Now, for the first time, the family-owned pizzeria has expanded north of Loop 202. In late April, Venezia’s opened a fifth location at 15620 North Tatum Boulevard in North Phoenix.
The new restaurant is the largest Venezia’s Pizzeria to date, and at 4,000 square feet, can seat up to 160 diners. It’s also the first Venezia’s Pizzeria to serve beer and wine, and it features an outdoor patio.
