In case you missed it, New Times reporter Paul Rubin was on Fox 10 last night, where he discussed the investigation into Pinal County Sheriff’s Deputy Louie Puroll — and a death threat Puroll says was made against the reporter’s life.
Puroll was placed on administrative leave yesterday while the Sheriff’s Office investigates comments he made to Rubin that were published in an article in last week’s New Times.
Every evening news broadcast in town covered the the Puroll story involving Rubin, and most led with it. But Fox did the most in-depth report.
