Republican state Senator Don Shooter has been charged with three misdemeanors for his outburst earlier this year at a Yuma school his grandson attends.
Shooter was at the school trying to get access to his grandson’s teacher, and ended up barging into her classroom to confront her.

He tried to explain to everyone that he was not just any man, but Don Shooter, which should have expedited this process (in the mind of Don Shooter, and Don Shooter only).
Shooter stuck a finger in the teacher’s face, while giving her a talking-to about how his grandson should be treated, but he calmed things down a bit once a cellphone camera started recording.

The teacher told police that she felt threatened and feared for her own safety and the safety of one of her students.
Shooter’s charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an educational institution.
Now, let’s say, totally hypothetically, that Shooter’s totally guilty.
