Luis Alberto Ochoa has a fairly extensive porn collection, which would be fine if it wasn’t made up of hundreds of videos and images of children.
Ochoa was arrested yesterday morning after police tracked a kiddy-porn video to the IP address on the computer in his Phoenix home.
According to court records obtained by New Times, during a “proactive” investigation, detectives were able to hack their way into Ochoa’s computer, which is where they found his extremely graphic collection.
In one video, a girl — who police determined is under the age of 15 — is seen having oral sex with a grown man. But that was just the tip of the iceberg — detectives uncovered hundreds of videos and images of kiddy-porn with file names like “Hussyfan,” and “Babyshivid” on Ochoa’s computer.

During a search of his home, police also found several fake IDs and guns that detectives determined were stolen.
Ochoa, naturally, denies downloading any kiddy-porn. However, he lives alone and police note that he’s the only person who had access to the computer where the images were found.
Ochoa was booked into a Maricopa County jail on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
