Cushman’s been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl during a weed-deal-gone-wrong last weekend.
A few readers commented on yesterday’s story saying they were unimpressed with the face Cushman made during his mugshot. Specifically, one reader commented “What is it with the stupid, shit eating grin? F***ing idiot.”
Cushman apparently got a second chance at a Maricopa County photo shoot, and from the lack of a “shit-eating grin,” it seems he’s taking the 11 charges against him a little more seriously than it initially appeared.

We got the latest mugshot, which you can see after the jump.
The above photo was taken the day after the original mugshot — after additional charges were filed. As you can see, Cushman’s “shit-eating grin” appears to have transformed into more of an “oh-fuck” smirk.
In all, Cushman’s been charged with two counts of kidnapping, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated robbery, and five counts of sexual abuse.

Cushman may not have understood the seriousness of the charges against him at the time of his initial booking photo, perhaps because he believed the sex was consensual.
He thought this because he says the girl he allegedly raped agreed to do anything he wanted as long as he didn’t kill her or her boyfriend, who was in the next room in an abandoned house during part of the attack.
His interpretation of the law aside, it looks like things just got pretty real for Mr. Cushman.
