at Joe’s Grotto is a numeric affair. The “4” is for the band, 4ourth Street, the “2” and “3” stand for drink prices, and the “1” seems to stand for the number of people in attendance.

What we loved: The “No Moshing” signs all over the front of the stage.
What we didn’t love: The absence of the $1 pink pussy shots. Anything with that absurd of a name and that affordable of a price would have definitely been worth sampling.
