One new idea for every day in 2011. We’re talking big, small, local, international, in action and on the drawing board. Here’s today’s — what’s yours?
For 35 years, Scott Weaver collected, cut, and glued more than 100,000 toothpicks into a structure he calls “Rolling Through the Bay.”
The 9-foot structure has seen state fairs and conferences, where Weaver rolls ping pong balls through the complicated track that tours California landmarks and famous neighborhoods.
See a video of Weaver and his toothpick tower after the jump.
