Sometimes the modern world of craft beer can be a confusing, scary place full of inscrutable brews with names like “doppelback” or “saison” that hail from faraway places like Michigan and Montana. It’s enough to make us dizzy before we’ve even crack into our 13 percent bourbon barrel aged Russian stout.
At least we can always count on the ever-reliable Four Peaks Brewing Company to keep us grounded with refreshing, locally brewed beers. We’ll get back in touch with our Arizona craft beer roots Thursday, July 19, during Flanny’s Bar & Grill’s Third Thursday Tap Takeover when 14 of the establishment’s 20 taps will flow with rare and not-so-rare brews including special appearances from the prized Barrel Aged Sirius Black and the elusive Double Knot.
