Yoga doesn’t have to be the same old boring routine. You could add in some new, challenging poses or try different breathing techniques. Or you could take a Walter Yoga class and experience yoga like never before.

While every Walter Yoga class is fully-customized by the instructor with possible pulsing light shows or a state-of-the-art sound system, guest yogini Tara Martell will likely have something both fun and mind-bending planned for her June 28 session. Or she could just go the opposite route and opt for complete sensory deprivation. Half the fun of Walter Yoga is not knowing exactly what you’ll experience each time.

Get some inner peace and stop in for Martell’s yoga class at Walter Studios, 834 North Seventh Avenue, on Saturday, June 28. Doors open at 10 a.m., and the class runs from 10:30 a.m. until noon. All you need to do is bring your mat and $10 for the 90-minute session.
