ARTELPHX still fresh in your mind? Good.
Because the large-scale hotel art installation, which made its spring return to the Clarendon Hotel and Spa just last month, is already gearing up for a second show this year. And they’re looking for new talented artists to make it happen.

ARTELPHX Fall 2014 is schedule to take place Thursday, September 25 through Saturday, September 27. Just like its second show in May of 2014 and its premier show in September of 2013, ARTELPHX Fall 2014 will utilize the talents of more than 20 local artists to transform various areas of the Clarendon’s boutique hotel grounds — including the lobby, the pool area, the rooftop, the front entrance, and multiple hotel rooms.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, August 22. Project submissions should be site-specific so artists are encouraged to pick out a part of the hotel that best suits their ideas. Applicable media includes everything from visual to performance art. Artists will be selected based on the innovation of their design proposal and its multimedia aspect.
