For less-adventurous drinkers, finding new beers can be a bit of a challenge. Not that we blame those wary of trying out funky flavors; Kiltlifter is delicious and no sub-par ale will do. But those fraidy-cats have the opportunity to get adventurous at the 13th Annual Strong Beer Festival.
The event facilitates hoppy discovery by offering a wide selection of beers — some brewed specifically for the festival. All guests receive 15 tasting tickets and a commemorative four-ounce tasting glass with admission. That means even the strangest beers will be up for grabs, but you won’t have to worry about five out of six bottles sitting in your fridge if you end up thinking they’re gross. Do a little beer exploration as the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild shows their wares alongside a bevy of food vendors.
