Breeze finished up his Downtown mural this morning. He says his Phoenix Bird represents the strength of the local community and the beauty of its surrounding landscape — no matter what the politics or reputation look like from the outside.
His three-story bird is one of the first murals to be painted in the heart of downtown Phoenix since Keith Haring painted on wall panels on Central Avenue and Adams Street 25 years ago.
