Just as the Mutant Piñata show has become a new tradition for Art Detour weekend, Five15 Arts Gallery hits us once again with a budget-friendly exhibition. This year, it’s the “$99 Only Art Show”.
The arts collective started this bargain bin approach way back in 2007 (I know, ancient history, right? Check out the story we wrote about it here) and have since revived the theme every year, in one form or another, for Art Detour weekend. In 2008, they did “The $98 Show” and in 2009, they hosted their “Buy One, Get One Free” exhibition.
Cheeky.
Catch the appropriately priced works for our slump economy by Five15 artists like Mary Shindell, Nathan Feller, Laura Spalding, and more.
