Thrasher Magazine, a monthly eye-candy publication for professional and amateur skateboarders, published a photo essay this morning that features some of the best spots in Phoenix.

The series, titled Shred Lobster, doesn’t include addresses or buildings, but local board nuts should be able to recognize a few of the rails, staircases, and makeshift ramps throughout the metro area.

Thrasher was founded in 1981, and currently releases editions in English and French that cover skate park reviews, interviews with professionals, product news, and photo essays.

The magazine has also produced a number of feature-length skateboard films.
