We mean an epic battle of poets, the Convergent Arts Slam hosted by Truth B. Told. Witness the competitors of this biweekly event turn their words into swords as they face off head-to-head from 7 to 10 p.m. at Fair Trade Community Kitchen, 424 North Central Avenue.
