Beau Macmillan is nothing short of a celebrity chef, with a resume that includes hosting Food Network’s Worst Chef in America, winning Iron Chef America, and serving as executive chef of Elements. And, lucky for Valley residents, every year Macmillan teams up with other notable chefs for a series of educational eating events called the Lunch & Learn Series.

In the kitchen of The Views at the Sanctuary Resort on Saturday, July 28, Beau Mac will join Lee Hillson, another Iron Chef America competitor and the executive chef of Scottsdale’s T. Cook’s restaurant, and Charles Kassels, executive chef of Paradise Valley’s El Chorro Lodge. The trio will host a special edition of the series featuring three courses of food and wine as well as a culinary demonstration of the dishes and take-home recipes.
