Arizona football fans haven’t exactly been spoiled over the years. For decades the Cardinals were the laughing stock of the NFL, while both ASU and U of A’s programs have epitomized mediocrity. Not so in 2014. The Cats and the Sun Devils have maintained national rankings basically all season long, while the Cardinals — as of week 11 — hold the best record in the NFL. Finally, it’s a good time to root for an Arizona football program. Pick one. If you can’t decide, you might consider checking out the next ASU home game when the Devils host the Washington State Cougars at Tempe’s Sun Devil Stadium, 500 East Veterans Way, on Saturday, November 22.
