The undead can be so unfit. Take the zombies: stiff upper body, slow on the feet, and in desperate need of a good back-bend stretch. Fortunately Sutra Midtown is offering undead locals the chance to better their brains and their bodies with its annual Halloween event, ZombieVin.
Enjoy a seasonal selection of wines and appetizers, as well as spooky vinyasa yoga by instructor Brad Jacobson. Early birds to the Halloween bash will also have the chance to get “bitten” with complimentary zombie makeovers.
ZombieVin creeps up Friday, October 18, at Sutra Midtown, 2317 North Seventh Street. The special YogaVin runs from 7 to 9 p.m. with free zombie makeup application offered from 6 to 7. Admission is $18 for Sutra members and $20 for non-members. Visit www.sutramidtown.com or call 602-253-9525.
