The Phoenix Suns haven’t been as awful as you assumed they would be. Goran Dragic has looked like a capable heir to Steve Nash, Marcin Gortat has proved solid at center, and the Suns as a whole have earned a spot that’s only a few games out of eighth place. Really, the Suns have been not so bad. But a bad road trip last month and an embarrassing 40-point loss to an awful Pistons team have made “not so bad” seem like the worst thing in the world to Suns fans.

Things may seem a bit better if the Suns can manage to pull off a win at US Airways Center, 201 East Jefferson Street, on Friday, December 14. The Suns host a Utah Jazz team that is likely playoff-bound but has looked entirely vulnerable when away from Salt Lake City.
