Sometimes that positive influence needs to be reinforced for the least accepting personalities among us. The first Festival de Artes Latino-Americanas showcases Latino-American voices that transcend the borders of Mexico, Guatemala, and Brazil. (And hey! Sheriff Joe probably isn’t totally sure why he even dislikes those cultures.)
