We’ll readily admit that, despite the utilitarian nature of the Valley’s grid-based roads, we still manage to get lost sometimes. Lucky for us (and our perpetual discombobulation), New Times’ culture blog Jackalope Ranch will host “You Are Here: A Collection of Maps of Phoenix,” its first-ever gallery show.

The exhibition will showcase maps from 10 local artists, including Luster Kaboom, Sue Chenoweth, and Marshall Shore, who will give a talk about his geographically-inspired piece. Also on display will be an interactive map on which showgoers can mark their favorite city spots.

Regain your sense of direction while the show is on view through November at Regular Gallery.

Fri., Oct. 21, 7-10 p.m.; Saturdays, 1-5 p.m.; Fridays, 6-9 p.m. Starts: Oct. 21. Continues through Nov. 30, 2011
