While it can’t compete with a bunch of big-boobed blondes in short shorts for sheer testosterone value, 1130’s weekly promotion Tough Guy Tuesday sounds Heaven-sent for put-upon dudes looking to let down their hair plugs and be free for one night a week. He-man highlights include drink specials, billiards, imported-cigar puffing, gratis chow, and an on-site golf pro that can help straighten out that swing.
