One new idea for every day in 2011. We’re talking big, small, local, international, in action and on the drawing board. Here’s today’s — what’s yours?

We all know Mr. Darcy would make a perfect Valentine — luckily Melly Mo has made him in (small quantity) just in time for the holiday.

Melly Mo’s a local collage artist on a mission to redo paper dolls and to “make them fun again for kids adults.”

Her pop-culture creations are a combination of magazine pictures and scraps, which she scans and prints on magnetic paper — making Mr. Darcy a charming accessory for your fridge or filing cabinet.
